When we receive satisfactory artwork as described on the Artwork page, a one-time setup fee may apply.

For artwork that does not meet the above specifications and requires re-working, scanning or manipulation by our graphic artists, a nominal artwork charge may apply.

Artwork that will need redesigning for engraving purposes include:
• Bitmap images – jpg, gif, tiff
• Pen or pencil sketches
• Component artwork that needs adjustment, resizing, or repositioning
• Business cards, letterhead, faxes, photocopies
• Images with tape, staples, etc. through the image or with dirty or smudged backgrounds
• Continuous tone images (i.e. black and white and color photographs)
• Low resolution paper output
